Peter Alphonso

Peter is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He has experience in a wide and diverse range of immigration law, with a focus on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.

Prior to joining BAL, Peter worked at boutique and national immigration firms in New Jersey and New York. He also provides pro bono representation for immigrant children facing deportation through New York Law School’s Safe Passage Project.
