Hannah Crabtree

Hannah Crabtree is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and technology leadership, particularly in the retail sector. Currently serving as Chief Customer & Technology Officer at Berry Bros. & Rudd since April 2016, Hannah has also held roles including Managing Director for Retail & Customer Experiences and Marketing Director. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Tesco from 2006 to 2016 included positions such as Category Buying Manager for Dairy, Strategy Manager for the Commercial function, and Senior Commercial Manager for Online. Hannah's early career at Tesco commenced with the Graduate Management Programme, following an undergraduate placement as a Customer Planning Executive. Hannah holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University.
