Cora Allen-Savietta

Cora Allen-Savietta is a Statistical Scientist at Berry Consultants. She earned her Ph.D. in Statistics, with a minor in Biostatistics, from the University of Wisconsin in 2020. At the University of Wisconsin, Cora collaborated with biomedical researchers to design and implement statistical methods for phylogenetics, microbiology, epidemiology, and public health applications. She was an NIH predoctoral trainee for Biomedical Data Science and was also supported by the National Science Foundation’s Institute for Foundations for Data Science. Before graduate school, Cora worked in the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where she focused on the comparative effectiveness of medications, medication adherence, and medication safety during pregnancy.
