Dale Ford

Dale Ford is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at Resource Label Group LLC since November 2018, after holding the position of Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to this role, Dale worked as Production Superintendent at Akebono Brake Corporation for a brief period in 2018. With an extensive background at Berry Global, Inc. from May 2000 to March 2018, Dale transitioned through various roles including Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, Operations Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Process Engineer. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Western Kentucky University, attained between 1994 and 2000.
