Danny Hayes

Danny Hayes has over two decades of experience in accounting and IT analysis, currently serving as an IT Analyst for Berry Global, Inc. since October 2006, focusing on RPA development on the Automation Anywhere platform and maintenance of the JD Edwards ERP system. Key responsibilities include providing solutions for accounting, running financial closing jobs, and creating ad hoc reports. Major accomplishments include developing various Excel-based tools for inventory reconciliation, manufacturing variance analysis, and automated accounting instructions. Previously, Danny held the position of Cost Accounting Supervisor, overseeing a team and automating processes within the department. Prior experience includes six years as a Senior Cost Accountant at Emerson Motor Company, where Danny managed plant accounting operations and significantly improved reporting efficiencies. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.
