Pawel Kuczynski

Pawel Kuczynski has accumulated extensive experience in operational management and production supervision across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operational Improvement Manager and previously as Shift Manager at Berry Global, Inc., Pawel is responsible for driving team performance and monitoring service level agreements. Prior to this role, Pawel held the position of Shift Manager at RPC Group Plc since April 2018 and worked as Production Supervisor at RR Donnelley for over a decade, overseeing team efficiency and resource allocation. Earlier career roles include Production Operator at Berliner Luft, where expertise was developed in operating various machinery, and Baker at Piekarnia No5, focusing on the preparation and production of baked goods.
