Xenia Adames Chanis

Xenia Adames Chanis is a Product Development Engineer at Berry Global, Inc. since April 2022, previously serving as a Product Innovation Engineering Intern. Key responsibilities include researching sustainable polymers, conducting physical testing of polymer products, data analysis for presentations, and enhancing product performance. Prior experience includes project management for the USI Engineers in Action Chapter, focusing on student evaluation, project feasibility, and community engagement. Xenia has also held roles in international admissions and program development, in addition to an internship at Canal de Panamá, where mechanical engineering skills were applied to database creation and vendor communication. Xenia holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana.
