Andrew Vallence

Andrew Vallence is a Wellbeing Leader at Berry Street since March 2023, with prior experience as a Therapist at the Brotherhood of St Laurence and Monterey Secondary College from January 2022 to April 2023, specializing in social and emotional development. Andrew served as a School Counsellor at Berengarra School Ltd from January 2017 to December 2021, providing individual and group counselling as well as therapeutic support for families. Earlier experience includes a placement as a Counsellor at Woodleigh School in 2016. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University and has completed additional training in trauma management. Andrew possesses dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Marketing and Psychology from Victoria University.
