Heidi Reid is an experienced leader in marketing, communications, and strategic engagement, currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategic Engagement at Berry Street since June 2015, an organization focused on supporting vulnerable children and families. In addition, Heidi has been a Board Member of Prevention United since June 2021. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Market-Driven Solutions from December 2007 to June 2015, Heidi provided marketing and fundraising strategies for various social impact organizations. Previous roles at World Vision Australia included Head of Marketing and various managerial positions from 1998 to 2007. Heidi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business with a Marketing Major from Monash University and completion of the Williamsons Community Leadership Program in 2017, as well as studies in Futures Thinking and Strategic Action at Melbourne Business School.
