Susie Meadows

Susie Meadows has extensive experience in the field of social welfare and child services, currently serving as the Team Leader for Foster Care Recruitment & Retention at Berry Street since April 2023. Prior to this role, Susie held multiple positions at Cafs, including Team Leader for Carer Recruitment and Support and Manager for Youth & Family Relationships, beginning in March 2020. Susie's career in child and family services also includes a role as Youth Services Coordinator at Child and Family Services from May 2017 to March 2020, and Team Leader for Residential Care at CAFS from December 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, Susie worked as a Youth Justice Case Worker and Court Advisor at the Department of Human Services in Victoria, Australia, from September 2011 to November 2015. Susie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rural Social Welfare from Federation University Australia, earned between 2006 and 2012, and has a foundational education from MLC in Kew from 1979 to 1984.
