Benjamin Uhrich

Benjamin Uhrich, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development at BerryDunn since May 2022. Previously, Benjamin held senior consulting roles at Mecklenburg County and Atrium Health, where notable achievements included developing enterprise competency models, enhancing employee engagement strategies, and implementing leadership development initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Duke Energy Corporation as a Change Management Specialist and The Center for Intentional Leadership as a Leadership Development Specialist, among others. Benjamin holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Psychology from East Carolina University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, respectively.
