Kelly Brooks

Kelly Brooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and operations management. Currently serving as an Organizational Development Specialist at Civic Works since February 2019, Kelly focuses on fostering employer partnerships and creating strategies for job quality enhancement. Kelly has also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Spectrum HR Solutions since 2010, overseeing business development and marketing initiatives.
