Line Asplund Brovold

Line Asplund Brovold has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-sjef at Bertel O. Steen AS since May 2015, where strategic and operational HR responsibilities encompass all facets of the organization. Previously, Line held the position of HR sjef at Peab i Norge from December 2011 to April 2015, contributing to one of the leading construction firms in the Nordics. Line's career also includes a role as HR consultant at Flytoget AS, recognized for outstanding customer service, and a previous HR consultant position at Skanska Norge AS from 1996 to 2008. Line has pursued higher education at BI Norwegian Business School, earning multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in management, economics, HR management, and coaching.
