Philipp Brix has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since 2017. Previously, Philipp held the position of Director M&A and Senior Associate M&A at the same company from 2014 to 2016. Philipp's earlier career includes roles such as Business Development Management Associate to the CEO at Riverty, Investment Manager in Private Equity & Mezzanine Capital at Novum Capital, and various internships in corporate finance and development at AEG Power Solutions, KUKA, Siemens, and RiverRock European Capital Partners. Philipp holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University and has completed education at Universität Passau and Schule Schloss Salem.
