Marek Dobrowolski

Marek Dobrowolski is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in headhunting, specializing in place, regeneration, and social housing. Currently a Partner at Berwick Partners, part of Odgers Berndtson, Marek leads the Place, Regeneration and Partnerships Practice. Prior to this role, Marek served as Head of Strategic Projects at West Midlands Growth Company, where significant contributions were made to the region's inward investment and economic development. Additional leadership experience includes director positions at Tribal and Veredus. Marek holds a degree in Geography and Earth Sciences from the University of Worcester.
