Ian Sugden

Ian Sugden is a skilled professional with extensive experience in digital learning design and training coordination. Currently serving as a Digital Learning Designer at BESA Group since January 2020, Ian previously held roles at Nilfisk as an After Sales Trainer, and at Jet2.com, where responsibilities included crew planning and training coordination for flight crew. Ian also operated a guest house for five years, handling all aspects of the business from marketing to customer experience. Before that, Ian spent nearly a decade at O2 (Telefónica UK), progressing through various leadership roles, including managing teams in quality, training, and cash management. Ian's career began at GE Capital, where responsibilities included managing finance queries for high billing customers. Ian holds a BTEC in Visual and Performing Arts from Park Lane College.
