Mia Lympany

Mia Lympany is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management accounting and financial administration. Currently serving as Management Accountant at BESA Group since February 2016, Mia has also held positions as Assistant Management Accountant and Finance Administrator within the same organization. Prior to this, Mia worked as a Payroll Officer at Capita HR Solutions and as an Accounts Assistant at Bespoke Hotels. Early career experience includes roles as an Accounts Assistant and Receptionist at Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa. Mia is advancing professional qualifications with CIMA studies at the Operational Level from 2023 to 2024 and holds the AAT MAAT designation.
