Laly Balta

Laly Balta is an accomplished professional in architecture and urban studies, currently serving as a researcher at CIAUT (Club de Innovación en Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Territorio) since May 2021, focusing on urban-rural economic systems. Laly holds several prominent roles, including EDGE Expert and a member of the Sustainability and Environment Commission at CAP Regional Lima. Laly has extensive teaching experience as an architecture professor at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and formerly at Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón. Laly has contributed to multiple architectural projects, including a technical dossier for a public investment project in the province of Huaura. Academically, Laly holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Navarra and has undertaken further studies at Technische Universität Dresden, Cardiff University, and other institutions. Skills include expertise in BIM and project management, supported by advanced diplomas in project direction and energy-efficient construction.
