Richard Humberto Chavez Isla

Richard Humberto Chavez Isla is an experienced professional in social management, currently serving as Sub Gerente de Acompañamiento Social at Besco Perú since January 2014, where responsibilities include the creation and development of the WASI social support program. Previously held the role of Jefe de Bienestar Social, overseeing the execution and monitoring of social welfare activities. Richard has also served as Coordinador de Gestión Social at Besco S.A. and Coordinador de Programas Sociales at the Municipalidad de San Luis. Richard holds a Master's degree in Project and Social Program Management from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Community Social Psychology from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, along with a Diploma in Qualitative Research Specialization.
