Liong Phan

Liong Phan is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across multiple high-value projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at BESIX Watpac since May 2019, Liong has been involved in significant ventures, including the Circular Quay Renewal and the AUD$42 million AXIS Alexandria project. Previous roles include Project Engineer and Site Engineer positions at Watpac Construction (NSW) Pty Ltd and Leighton Asia, where projects ranged from the AUD$264 million Ryde Garden to the HKD$7.1 billion Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point. Liong began the career as a Graduate Engineer with Fulton Hogan, contributing to the Majura Parkway Project valued at AUD$288 million. Liong holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2012.
