Paul James Dalton has had a long and varied career in the creative industry. Paul James began their career in 2008 as the Creative Director of Paul Dalton Ltd, where they provided freelance and direct-to-client Visual Direction, Creative Direction, Art Direction, Brand Consultation and Production. In 2016, they joined Nike as a Senior Art Director for NikeLab/Energy Brand Design. From 2017-2019, they held the position of Senior Art Director at Studio Private, where they developed in-house agency, pitch and full process works for fashion, sport and luxury brands, editorial, music and internal projects. During this time, they also held Creative Director positions at FutureDeluxe, Builders Club and Manorstudio. In 2019, they founded Brinq Studio, a boutique art and design studio making impactful images that bridge worlds, challenge how brands are portrayed and tell meaningful contemporary stories. In 2020, they took on the role of Creative Director at Bespoke Digital. Their current role is Creative Director at JOURNEE - The Metaverse Company and they will soon transition to Senior Art Director at Tomorrow Bureau.

Paul James Dalton received their MA in Communication (Art & Design) from the Royal College of Art in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Leeds Metropolitan University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a BA in Graphic Arts.
