Sonalika Reddy Mannimala is a Senior Research Analyst at Bespoke Partners since December 2024, specializing in executive recruiting and leadership advisory services for software and SaaS companies in the United States. Previously, Sonalika was a Retained Executive Search Associate at JBK Associates International, where several C-level executive searches were successfully completed. Sonalika contributed to the development of executive search strategies in various sectors, including technology and pharmaceuticals.
