Britta Larsen

Britta Larsen has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Creative Operations fields. Britta began their career in 1999 as a Creative Operations Coordinator at Donna Karan, and was promoted to Senior Manager of Creative Operations two years later. In 2002, Britta joined Laird + Partners as Vice President of Human Resources, and was later promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources and Senior Director of Creative Operations. In 2010, they became Head of HR & Operations at YARD, and in 2012, they were appointed Head of People & Culture at Omega Institute. In 2016, Britta moved to Redscout as Head of Talent, and was later hired as Head of Talent at Fahrenheit 212 and Translation LLC in 2017. In 2018, Britta founded their own HR consultancy, It's Britta HR, and in 2020, they joined Bespoke Post as Director of People Operations & Culture, and was later promoted to VP of People Operations & Culture.

Britta Larsen began their education in 1989 at the Cambridge Ridge & Latin School - CRLS Pilot in Cambridge, MA, where they completed their studies in 1993. Britta then went on to pursue a Bachelors of Science & Business Administration in Organizational Behavior at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, which they completed in 1997.
