Rae Kolb

Rae Kolb has a long history of experience in the retail industry. Rae began their career in 2006 as a Fashion Design Intern at Nicole Miller where they conducted trend and industry research for the Spring 2007 collection, assisted with wardrobe fittings, kept inventory on samples, drew flats for spec sheets, and turned draped fabrics into paper patterns. In the same year, they joined Macy's as a Senior Assistant Buyer for Tabletop, Assistant Buyer for Housewares, and Merchandise Assistant for Textiles. In 2010, Rae moved to ideeli where they held the positions of Buyer for Swim, Intimates, Activewear, Home, Luggage & Beauty, Buyer for Home & Intimate Apparel, and Associate Buyer for Home & Beauty. In 2016, they joined FreshDirect as a Category Manager for Household, Baby, Pet and Beauty. Finally, in 2018, Rae became the Director of Ecommerce Merchandising and Senior Buyer at CAMP, and in 2022 they were appointed Director of Merchandising at Bespoke Post.

Rae Kolb attended Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textile Design & Merchandising Management.
