Zoë Diamadi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and operational excellence across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as GM of Upwork Enterprise and Managed Services at Upwork, Zoë plays a key role in R&D and go-to-market functions. As an Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners, Zoë provides strategic guidance on revenue growth and scaling for portfolio companies. Previously, at LinkedIn, Zoë led the development of LinkedIn Elevate, the top Employee Advocacy platform, and supported significant revenue growth across enterprise business lines. Zoë's early career at McKinsey & Company involved consulting on go-to-market strategies in the high-tech sector.
