Sylvain Lafaysse

Sylvain Lafaysse is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer relations and quality assurance. Currently serving as Responsable relation clients at Besson Chaussures since September 2021, Sylvain previously held multiple positions at Teleperformance from April 2009 to September 2021, including Responsable formation assurance qualité, where oversight of training and quality standards was provided for the Bordeaux and Niort centers. Additional roles at Teleperformance encompassed responsibilities such as managing teams, operational and financial oversight, and leading customer service training. Sylvain has obtained various qualifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a degree in sociology from the Faculté des Lettres et Sciences Humaines in Limoges.
