Rachelle Mitchell

Rachelle Mitchell has a strong background in human resources and recruitment. Rachelle is currently the Director of HR & Recruitment at Best Bay Logistics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Everest Transportation Systems, LLC, starting as a Manager of Human Resources and Recruitment in 2018 and later becoming the Director of Human Resources and Recruitment in 2022. Before that, they held roles at LaSalle Network as a Project Manager, Office Services and as a Recruiter, Accounting & Finance. Rachelle began their career at C.H. Robinson, where they gained experience as a Carrier Sales Representative and Capacity Account Manager. During their time there, they achieved impressive sales and revenue growth, and also trained and mentored new employees.

Rachelle Mitchell obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Michigan State University in the years 2009 to 2013.
