Sean Richards

Sean Richards has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Sean started their career at Echo Global Logistics in 2011, where they held sales and accounting roles for three years. In 2014, they joined Arrive Logistics as an Accounting Manager, and later became a Controller. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Director of Finance & Accounting at Arrive Logistics. In 2021, they moved to Surge Transportation as a Director of Finance & Accounting. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Finance & Strategy at Best Bay Logistics since 2023.

Sean Richards has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Sean also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Illinois State University. In addition to their degrees, Sean has obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
