Amanda Charne

Amanda Charne is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in public law and energy-related legal matters. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Best Best & Krieger LLP since August 2016, Amanda previously held the position of Associate Attorney in the Public Law Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon from May 2013 to July 2016. Prior to this, Amanda served as Staff Counsel at the California Energy Commission from December 2011 to April 2013, providing legal advice on statewide energy programs and ensuring compliance with various state laws. Amanda earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society and Spanish from UC Santa Barbara in 2007.
