Gary Loveridge

Gary Loveridge is an experienced legal professional with a focus on healthcare providers and governance matters. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Best Best & Krieger LLP since September 2010, Gary offers advice to a variety of healthcare clients and nonprofit organizations. Prior experience includes a role as Of Counsel at McDonough Holland & Allen, where mentorship of younger associates was also a key responsibility. From 1992 to 2009, Gary acted as General Counsel for Sutter Health, advising the Board of Directors and senior management on legal, compliance, and risk management issues while overseeing legal services. Earlier in the career, Gary was an Associate/Shareholder at McDonough Holland & Allen PC, dealing with commercial litigation and healthcare regulatory matters. Gary holds a JD from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a BA in Political Science/Management from Stanford University.
