Ryan Stager

Ryan Stager is an Associate Attorney at Best Best & Krieger LLP since July 2019, having previously held associate positions at O'Laughlin & Paris LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Ryan contributed to significant legal projects, including drafting a Groundwater Sustainability Agency formation guide and various templates for local public agencies. Prior to law practice, Ryan served as a Program Services Assistant for UC Davis Study Abroad, supporting student enrollment and scholarship committees, as well as working as a Global Wealth Management Intern at Morgan Stanley, where independent research projects were completed. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a History minor from the University of California, Davis.
