Matthew Snyder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and technical expertise across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Best Block Company since March 2022, Matthew oversees branch operations, focusing on staff development and the implementation of LEAN strategies for cost reduction. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple positions in the US Air Force Reserve, where responsibilities included Engine Management and Aerospace Propulsion Craftsman, contributing to organizational efficiency and maintenance adherence. Matthew also worked as SubSea Supervisor at Transocean, where innovations in cost-saving systems were developed.
