Belinda Hernandez

Belinda Hernandez has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Event Planner at Carnival Cruise Line from October 2008 to August 2015. Belinda successfully organized various events and collaborated with travel agents and group leaders. From August 2015 to April 2016, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Carnival Cruise Line, overseeing payroll functions and managing employee changes. Belinda then became an HR Services Coordinator at Carnival Cruise Line from March 2016 to May 2017, where they handled HR-related inquiries and formulated core HR processes. Since May 2017, Belinda has been working at Best Buddies International, initially as an HR Generalist and currently as the Director of Human Resources.
