Jed McComber

Jed McComber has extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as Senior Customer Care Executive and Vice President of Customer Care at Best Buy Health since October 2017. Prior to this role, McComber held the position of Director of Digital Life Operations at AT&T from February 2011 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes Director of Commercial Operations at Protection One from January 2007 to January 2011 and Manager of National Monitoring Operations at Honeywell from January 1997 to January 2007. McComber's education includes a degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice from Century College, completed between 1992 and 1994.
