Khalid Attalah

Khalid Attalah, MPI, currently serves as the Head of Design at Best Buy, fostering collaboration among UX and Product Team partners to define design direction and support strategic imperatives. Previously, Khalid held the position of Vice President User Experience Design at Bank of America, where responsibilities included leading UX vision and strategy across diverse projects. Khalid's expertise also spans roles as an Experience Design Consultant at ICF Next and as a User Experience Design Consultant for the Federal Reserve System, where advocacy for end users translated insights into improved experiences. Earlier work includes a role as Principal UX Designer at Capital One, enhancing customer interactions through digital solutions, and Operations Lead at Altria, focusing on product data applications and intranet design. Khalid holds a Master’s Degree in Product Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
