Kirsten Morell

Kirsten Morell is an experienced professional in human resources and communications, currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources, Data & Social Initiatives at Best Buy since December 2010. In this role, Kirsten leads efforts in communications, employee engagement, and reporting related to Government Affairs and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability. Previous positions at Best Buy include Associate Director of Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Senior Manager of Issues Management and Public Affairs. Prior to Best Buy, Kirsten held the role of Communications Director at the State of Minnesota and served in various capacities at UPS, including Public Affairs Division Manager and Public Affairs Manager, focusing on public policy and communications. Kirsten holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia and an MA in Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University.
