Brian Conneen

Brian Conneen has a wealth of experience in technology and operations. Brian currently serves as the CIO and Head of Technology and Operations at Best Egg, where they oversee a diverse team responsible for software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and customer service. Prior to this, Brian worked at Oracle, where they held various roles including Director of Fusion Release Engineering and Release Engineering Architect. Brian was responsible for leading global software development teams, implementing stable solutions to complex problems, and ensuring high quality and reliability in all systems and services. Brian also worked at WebGain as a Systems Engineer, at Bentley as a Developer, and at Alliance Consulting as a Consultant.

Brian Conneen earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Penn State University between 1995 and 1998. Brian later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, completing it between 2001 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Brian also obtained certifications in "Learning the OWASP Top 10" from LinkedIn in March of 2023 and in "Certified Scrum Master" from CollabNet, Inc. in April of 2009.
