Daniel MacTough

Daniel MacTough is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in software development and legal practice. Currently serving as Senior Lead Engineer II at Best Egg since January 2023, Daniel has previously held positions at Till, Mapbox, Capital One, and Social Tables, where expertise in key technologies such as Apache Airflow, PySpark, Python, and Node was demonstrated. Prior to a career in engineering, Daniel practiced law, specializing in securities and M&A, with roles at Daniel J. MacTough PLLC, CoStar Group, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and Malizia Spidi & Fisch PC. Daniel's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Psychobiology from the University of Miami.
