Donnie Culler

Donnie Culler has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the financial services industry.

Donnie started their career at Wilmington Trust in 1992 as a Financial Services Account Manager.

Donnie then moved on to MBNA, where they worked as a Retention Specialist from 1995 to 1996, a Senior Credit Analyst from 1996 to 1998, and a Credit Manager from 1998 to 1999.

Following their time at MBNA, they joined First USA as a Credit Analyst/Quality Analyst from 1999 to 2000.

In 2000, Donnie joined Barclaycard US as a Credit Manager, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the judgmental lending unit. Donnie was later promoted to Strategic Services Group Lead, where they managed a team responsible for operational management, budgetary management, and providing innovative solutions for the future of Strategic Services. Their tenure at Barclaycard US lasted until 2011.

After leaving Barclaycard US, Donnie worked at PNC from 2011 to 2014 as a VP, Delivery Group Lead Supplier. In this role, they were responsible for developing a 5-year business solution roadmap and managing internal teams and external resources to implement efficiency initiatives within the organization.

Currently, Donnie is working at Marlette Funding, where they hold the position of Director of Strategic Implementation and Senior Director Strategic Implementations since November 2014. No end date is provided for their role at Marlette Funding.

Donnie Culler attended Valley Forge Christian College from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in World Missions.
