Savannah Scalyer

Savannah Scalyer has a varied and extensive work experience. Savannah is currently working as a Career Coach at Talent Confidence, where they help clients identify their skills and evaluate their careers. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Marlette Funding, where they were responsible for recruiting new talent. Before that, they worked at Computer Enterprises, Inc. as a Recruiting Team Lead, where they managed new accounts and mentored a team of recruiters. Additionally, they worked at Intelligent Capital Network as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Director of Recruiting, where they successfully built and managed a team of recruiters. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Restaurant Manager at Alexander's Kitchen Bar.

Savannah Scalyer attended Temple University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Adult and Organizational Development. In 2021, they obtained certifications as a Certified Dharma Coach from the Dharma Coaching Institute and as a Career Happiness Coach from the Certified Career Happiness Coach program.
