Barbara Stafford

Barbara is a human resource professional with 18+ years of experience building successful teams and developing organizational talent that improves employee engagement. Her unique, empathetic leadership style builds trust amongst employees, executives, and other corporate stakeholders. Barbara has served in HR advisory roles for other companies, and as the Chairperson for the Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA), Riverside, leading and mentoring other H.R. professionals. In her current role, she rebranded the H.R. department to the People Experience Department to better accommodate the organization's mission. Barbara graduated from Capella University with a B.S. in Business, Human Resources Management.
