Annie Thompson's work experience begins in 2000 as an Intern at the Smithsonian Institution. Annie then worked as a Volunteer for Photo Lucida and Photo Americas from 2001 to 2004. After that, they were a Finishing Supervisor at Photocraft, Inc from 2001 to 2005. Annie then took on various managerial roles at Aura Restaurant and Lounge, Via Delizia, and Bruce Carey Restaurants from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they briefly owned their own company, CHOW LLC. Annie then worked as a Senior Program Manager at Opus Events Agency from 2010 to 2014, showcasing their event management and financial skills. Currently, Annie is employed at Best Friends Animal Society, where they have gained experience as a Senior National Events Specialist, National Events Manager, and Senior Manager, National Events before being promoted to their current role as Director of Events in April 2022.
