Marla Browne

Marla Browne currently serves as a Board Member for the Arkansas Valley Audubon Society Inc. and has been with Best Friends Animal Society since April 2010, advancing through various roles including Project and Communications Lead II, Strategist, Program Manager, Network Specialist, and Dog Caregiver/Team Lead. In these positions, Marla has focused on building relationships with shelter leadership, conducting gap analyses, managing programs, and supporting shelters across multiple states. Prior experience includes work as an Intake Coordinator for the Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and as a Translator for the Universidad de Puerto Rico. Marla holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Colorado State University Global and degrees in Spanish Translation and Holistic Health from Universidad de Puerto Rico and Metropolitan State University of Denver, respectively.
