Kim Heenan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kim is currently working as the Director of Human Resource Operations at Best Friends Animal Society since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager in Human Resources at the same organization from August 2020 to October 2022. Before joining Best Friends Animal Society, Kim worked as a Senior Manager of Recruiting at the organization from July 2018 to August 2020. Kim has also volunteered at the Humane Society of Charlotte in 2018 and at the USO of North Carolina from May 2019. Kim has experience working at PeopleScout, where they served as the Director of Client Delivery from March 2017 to April 2018.
