Subsequently, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communications / New Media from The Johns Hopkins University. In 2012, Sue Citro obtained a Certificate of Completion in Negotiation and Leadership from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
