Filiz Kopystecki (geb. Beckmann)

Filiz Kopystecki (geb. Beckmann) has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruiting. Filiz is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at best practice consulting AG | bpc AG since November 2023. Previously, they worked at Tchibo as a Strategischer HR Business Partner from June 2018 to October 2023, and as a Recruiting Manager from June 2016 to May 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Michael Page as a Managing Consultant from March 2013 to May 2016.

Filiz Kopystecki (geb. Beckmann) obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sozialökonomie from Uni Hamburg in 2012. Filiz then pursued further education and recently completed their training as a Systemischer Coach at Coaching Akademie in 2021.
