Rudy Morandin

Rudy Morandin serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Pirelli since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading recruitment processes and developing an engaging employer brand. Prior roles at Pirelli include Global HR Business Partner for various sectors and Regional Head of HR for both Asia Pacific and North America, overseeing HR activities for over 4,000 employees across multiple countries. Before Pirelli, Rudy held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AEOLUS TYRES and gained extensive HR experience with roles in the UK and EMEA regions. Rudy's educational background includes an MBA from CUOA Business School and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the University of Portsmouth.
