Marisa Lengerich is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across recruitment, human resources, and strategic operations. Currently serving as a Recruitment and Learning Strategist at Best Upon Request and operating a business at Shine Athlete that focuses on mock interviews for high school athletic recruits, Marisa also operates as a consultant for Rodan + Fields. Previous roles include serving as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Contractor at Generac Power Systems and a Strategic Debriefer in the US Air Force Reserve. Marisa's background also includes experience as an HRIS Analyst at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and an Operations Intelligence Analyst in the USAF. Marisa has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, project management, and community engagement through volunteer efforts in rehabilitation and wellness. Academic qualifications include a BS in Health Science from Bradley University and various certifications in international business and language studies.
