Terri Grimmelsman has extensive experience in customer service and patient care, currently serving as a Patient Concierge at Best Upon Request since October 2020. Prior to this role, Terri held the position of Manager of Customer Service at Ultimate Jetcharters LLC from March 2013 to August 2020. Terri's career began in the aviation industry with Comair, where Terri worked as a Flight Attendant and CRM Facilitator from January 1991 to September 2012. Terri earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television from Northern Kentucky University, completing studies between 1992 and 2000.
