Michelle Elizondo

Michelle Elizondo currently serves as a Patient Concierge in the IV Infusion Therapy Department at UChicago Medicine, responsible for scheduling infusions, coordinating referrals, and managing patient check-ins. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Elemental Center, Ltd., including Practice Manager, where responsibilities encompassed implementing policies, overseeing staffing, and managing the revenue cycle. Other positions at Elemental included Specialty Services Coordinator, DTMS Technician, and Behavioral Health Associate II, all focused on patient care and administrative support. Michelle also gained experience at Olivet Nazarene University, contributing to the Department of Art and Digital Media, and has held various customer service roles, including Brand Store Associate at Old Navy and Camp Counselor at Camp Manitoqua & Retreat Center. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Olivet Nazarene University.
